What We Collect
Email address (if you create an account), practice responses you submit for scoring, and usage data (pages visited, questions answered). We do not collect payment card information — all payments are processed by Stripe.
How We Use It
To provide AI scoring and feedback on your practice responses; to track your progress; to send account-related emails (no marketing without consent).
AI Processing
Your practice responses are sent to Google Gemini (for question generation) and Anthropic Claude (for scoring). Both providers process data under their enterprise privacy policies. We do not use your responses to train AI models.
Data Storage
Data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. Audio recordings are stored in Cloudflare R2.
Your Rights (PIPEDA)
Under Canadian PIPEDA, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email support@practiceclb.com to exercise these rights.
Cookies
We use one session cookie for authentication (httpOnly, secure). No tracking cookies. Analytics are collected using Vercel Web Analytics (privacy-friendly, no cookies) and anonymised internal event logging.
