1. About PracticeCLB

PracticeCLB (practiceclb.com) is an independent, AI-powered English language exam preparation platform operated by a sole proprietor in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. We provide CELPIP-style practice questions, AI scoring, coaching recommendations, and study tools to help candidates prepare for English language proficiency exams.

PracticeCLB is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Paragon Testing Enterprises or any official CELPIP testing body. All content is independently created. AI scores are practice estimates only and do not predict, guarantee, or represent official CELPIP scores.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using PracticeCLB, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use PracticeCLB with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be shared, scripted, or used in ways that violate these Terms.

5. Payment — One-Time Access Passes

One-time access passes grant premium features for a fixed number of days from the date of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe in Canadian dollars (CAD). Access passes do not auto-renew. Your access expires at the end of the purchased duration.

6. Payment — Recurring Subscriptions

We also offer Monthly (CAD $29/month) and Quarterly (CAD $69 per three months) subscription plans. These plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@practiceclb.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain premium access until that date.
• No immediate revocation: Cancelling a subscription does not immediately remove your premium access. Access lapses naturally when your current paid period ends.
• Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we will notify you by email. Access may be suspended until payment is resolved.

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all purchases (one-time and recurring). Email support@practiceclb.com within 7 days of your purchase date to request a full refund. No questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your bank may take an additional 3–10 business days to reflect the credit.

After the 7-day window, refunds are issued at our discretion. The Score Improvement Guarantee (Section 9) has separate refund eligibility terms.

8. AI Score Disclaimer

Scores generated by PracticeCLB are AI estimates produced for practice purposes only. They do not predict, guarantee, or represent official CELPIP scores. Official scores can only be obtained by taking the official CELPIP exam administered by Paragon Testing Enterprises. Actual exam results may differ materially from AI-generated practice scores.

9. Score Improvement Guarantee

The Score Improvement Guarantee is available exclusively to users who purchase a 180-day access pass. Eligibility requires meeting all conditions described on the Score Guarantee page, including: submitting a verified baseline official CELPIP score report within 7 days of purchase; completing all required practice sessions and study plan tasks; and taking an official CELPIP retake within 60 days of plan expiry. Refund claims must be submitted within 30 days of the retake date. PracticeCLB reserves the right to verify eligibility through internal activity logs before approving any guarantee refund.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract question content in bulk
• Share, resell, or redistribute platform content or AI-generated scores
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or paywalls
• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable Canadian law or these Terms

11. Intellectual Property

All platform content — including practice questions, AI-generated feedback, sample answers, study guides, templates, and course materials — is the intellectual property of PracticeCLB or its licensors. You may use content solely for your personal exam preparation. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

12. Privacy and Data

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and store your personal information, practice responses, and audio recordings.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PracticeCLB and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to: failure to achieve a target exam score; immigration application outcomes; or loss of data. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI scoring will achieve any particular accuracy level.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to premium features ends immediately. Sections 8, 11, 13, 14, and 16 survive termination.

16. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ottawa, Ontario.
