How it works
Submit your baseline
Upload your most recent official CELPIP score report (issued within 3 months) within 7 days of purchasing a premium plan. This is the score we'll compare against after your retake.
Practice every day
Complete all daily study plan tasks, 12 practice sessions per section, and 10 CLBBot AI Tutor conversations during your plan period. Consistent practice is what makes the guarantee work.
Retake and claim
Take your official CELPIP within 60 days of your plan ending. If your CLB level didn't improve by at least 1, submit a refund claim within 30 days of your retake date.
Eligibility requirements
- Starting CLB level of 7 or lower (verified by uploaded official report)
- Minimum 30 days of premium access purchased
- All daily study plan tasks completed during the plan period
- 12 or more practice sessions per section (Writing, Speaking, Reading, Listening)
- 10 or more CLBBot AI Tutor conversations completed
- Official CELPIP retake taken within 60 days of subscription end
- Refund claim submitted within 30 days of retake date
Important notes
• Applies to the official CELPIP General test score only — not AI practice estimates.
• Covers your purchase price only — CELPIP exam registration fees are not included.
• One claim per person per purchase period.
• Activity logs are reviewed before any refund is approved. Rapid or empty submissions do not count toward requirements.
