Improve your CLB score — or get a refund or extension
Buy a 90-day or 180-day pass, complete the practice requirements and retake the official CELPIP. If your overall level doesn't improve by at least 1 CLB level, you choose a refund of what you paid or a free extension.
How it works
Submit your baseline
Within 7 days of buying the pass, upload your official CELPIP General score report (dated within the 3 months before your purchase, overall CLB 7 or lower). We verify it. This is the score we compare against after your retake.
Complete the practice requirements
During your plan: 20 practice sessions in each of Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening, 15 AI Tutor conversations and 3 full mock exams. Only genuine attempts count, and your tracker shows your progress.
Retake and claim
Take the official CELPIP General test within 60 days after your plan ends. It must be the first official test you take after your baseline. If your overall level hasn't improved by at least 1, make your claim in your account within 30 days of the retake.
Eligibility requirements
- A one-time 90-day or 180-day pass (not a subscription or a shorter pass)
- A baseline official CELPIP General report with an overall level of CLB 7 or lower, dated within the 3 months before purchase and uploaded within 7 days of purchase
- 20 genuine practice sessions in each of Writing, Speaking, Reading and Listening during your plan
- 15 AI Tutor conversations (at least 3 of your messages each) and 3 full mock exams (at least 60 minutes each)
- Your claim is based on the first official CELPIP General test you take after your baseline test, within 60 days after your plan ends
- Your claim submitted in your account within 30 days of the retake
- The guarantee is for your own personal use — one per customer

Important notes
• Applies to the official CELPIP General test score only — not AI practice estimates.
• The refund is limited to the amount you paid to PracticeCLB for the pass. It does not include CELPIP test fees, travel or any other costs.
• One guarantee per customer. Subscriptions and shorter passes are not covered.
• We review both official reports and your activity logs before any claim is approved. Rapid or empty submissions do not count toward the requirements.
